Practicing through a partner
Some agencies, coaches, career centers and outplacement firms send the people they support a personal practice invite for a real job. Here is how it works, and what they can and can never see.
What the invite is
- One link, one person, one job.Your invite opens a practice plan for the job it was sent with. It is personal — don't forward it.
- What it gives you. Usually a number of days of free practice for that job, shown on the invite page before you sign in. When your partner has no free passes available, the invite offers a Trial Pass instead; that depends only on the partner, never on you.
- How long it works. Practice invites work for 30 days. After that, or if the partner cancels it, the free days are no longer available — you can still practice with a Trial Pass.
- Where.Practice invites aren't available for jobs in the EU or EEA yet.
Signing in
- Sign in with Google, a password, or — where offered — a one-time sign-in link by email. It takes about 30 seconds and needs no card.
- The practice belongs to whoever signs in. If you sign in with a different email from the one the invite was sent to, we ask you to confirm first. The plan and the free days go to the account you continue with.
- Already have an Interview100x account? Use the same email and the new practice plan is added to it. Your other plans and history stay as they are.
- A free practice pass is one per person. If you have used one before, we tell you only after you sign in, and your plan is set up either way.
What your partner can see
- Whether your invite was created, opened, used to sign up, expired or cancelled — nothing after that.
- Monthly totals for everyone they invited: counts of people who signed up, and — for the whole partnership only — how many created a plan, practiced or purchased. Small groups are never shown, and other numbers are rounded, so a total can't point to you.
What your partner is never told
Your answers, scores, feedback, recordings, transcripts or plans; whether you practiced or paid; and whether you had a free pass before. Your partner sees only monthly totals for everyone it invited, designed so they don’t identify a person. Partners agree to these limits in the partner terms, and probing for any of it is prohibited. Your account and practice are yours, under our privacy policy.
