Refund policy

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no retention flow to click through, and no annual lock-in.

When we refund

If the product failed you, we make it right. Email support@interview100x.com within 14 days of the charge for any of the following, and include the email on your account:

• A session that failed partway through a technical fault of ours.
• Paid company research that never completed.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge.
• A purchase made by mistake, before the pass was meaningfully used.

Refunds outside these cases are assessed case by case at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

What a refund changes

• A refunded purchase revokes the associated pass and its remaining entitlements.
• Refunding a Trial Pass also removes its upgrade credit; refunding a Sprint purchased with Trial credit returns the amount actually paid.
• Purchases made with a promotional code are refunded at the discounted amount paid.

Renewals

Search Pass renewals are preceded by a reminder email. A renewal charged before you meant to cancel is refundable if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not run sessions in the new period.

Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve legitimate issues faster than a dispute does. We reserve the right to suspend an account while an open chargeback is investigated, and to decline future purchases from accounts with a pattern of refund or chargeback abuse.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
