Signing in with an email link
Where it's offered, “Email me a sign-in link” signs you in without a password: we email you a link, you open it, and you're in.
How it works
- Enter your email and choose “Send sign-in link”. If you have no account yet, the link creates one.
- The link works once and expires in 1 hour. Open it on this device or another one — you land straight in your practice.
- If you were opening a practice invite, it stays waiting for you: an expired link just means sending yourself a new one.
If the email doesn't arrive
- Give it a few minutes, then check spam and promotions.
- You can ask for another link after a minute. After several requests in a short time we pause for 15 minutes — use the newest email we sent.
- You can always continue with Google or a password instead.
Don't see the option?
The email-link option isn't switched on everywhere yet. Sign in with Google or a password — your account and practice are the same whichever way you sign in.
