Partner terms
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms apply to organizations that invite people to practice on Interview100x — recruiting agencies, schools, coaches, career centers and outplacement firms — through the partner program, the partner API or a promotion. They sit alongside the Interview100x Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Who we are and who partners are
Interview100x is operated by Neural Bits LLC, a United States company. A partner is an organization we have approved and set up; partner accounts and API keys are created by us, not by sign-up. Recruit100x, another Neural Bits product, uses the same partner interface as every other partner when it offers candidates free practice. By creating practice invites or using a partner key you accept these terms for your organization.
What you may send us
- A practice invite for a person who expects to hear from you about interview practice: their name, email address, the job they are preparing for (title, employer name or “Confidential employer”, description, country) and your own references for the invite and the group it belongs to.
- A resume only when the person has asked you to share it with us for this purpose. Do not send any other personal data, special-category data, or data about anyone under 18.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send us this data and for telling people that you are sending it. Interview100x is the controller of the practice account and everything the person does in it.
What you receive
- For each invite: whether it was created, opened, signed up from, expired or cancelled, so you can resend a link. Nothing after sign-up is reported per person.
- Monthly totals for the people you invited — invites, opened, signed up, plan created, practiced and purchased. Totals are published after the month closes, rounded, and small groups are not shown: they are designed so they don’t identify a person, and trying to work out an individual’s outcome from them is prohibited by the partner terms.
- You never receive a person’s answers, scores, feedback, transcripts or recordings, and you aren’t told whether any one person practiced or paid.
Offers, promotions and limits
The offer on an invite (free days of practice, or the regular Trial Pass) depends only on your partnership’s limits — per code, per partner and per month — never on the person. Each person can receive one free promotional pass ever; the person is told after they sign in if they already had one. Promotion codes work only through practice invites and cannot be shared or typed. We may change limits, pause invites or end a promotion at any time.
Prohibited use
- Probing whether a person already used a free pass — for example by sending test invites to throwaway accounts — or any other attempt to learn what a person did on Interview100x.
- Combining our totals with other data to identify a person, or asking people to report their practice, scores or purchases back to you as a condition of anything.
- Making practice a condition of a hiring decision, or telling a person that practicing affects their application.
- Sending invites to people who did not expect them, sharing or publishing practice links or API keys, or exceeding the API rate limits.
- Inviting people located in the European Union. Partner practice is offered in the United States and other English-speaking countries outside the EU, and we refuse invites for EU countries.
Keys, test mode and security
Keep your API keys secret and tell us at once if one may have leaked; we can revoke it. Test keys create test objects only: they send no email, use no free passes and call no paid services. Webhooks we send you are signed; verify the signature before trusting them.
Suspension and ending
We may pause or end a partnership, revoke keys or cancel unused invites if these terms are broken or to protect the people who practice. Invites already redeemed keep working for the person: their account and practice stay theirs. Either side may end the partnership at any time.
Changes
We will update the effective date above when these terms change and tell active partners by email before a material change takes effect.
