# Glossary > Terms used across the partner docs. - **Partner channel** — this API: organizations (agencies, coaches, career centers, outplacement firms, and Recruit100x itself) bringing people into Interview100x practice with practice invites and access codes. - **Partner pool** — something else: prepaid practice seats an organization buys for people through the Interview100x AI app (MCP). A partner pool is not part of this API. - **Practice invite** — a personal link for one person and one job. - **Cohort** — the people who signed up in a month; `sub_partner_ref` splits your invites into your own groups. - **Published month** — a month's totals, computed once on the 1st of the month after next and never changed.
